They cover the website only. They are not the terms of any agreement for care. Care is arranged separately, in writing, between a family and the organization.

Everything on this website is general information written in plain language. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for talking to your child's physician about your child's specific needs.

Reading this site, submitting a screening request or speaking with our team does not create a clinician-patient relationship.

Do not use this website to report a medical emergency. If a child is in danger or needs urgent medical attention, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

• Submitting a screening request is not an application for Medicaid and does not determine eligibility for any program.
• It is not a guarantee that services will be provided, approved or authorized.
• WeLIVE Healthcare Services is a provider. It does not administer the Georgia Pediatric Program, determine Medicaid eligibility, approve services or set authorized hours.

Where this site describes the Georgia Pediatric Program or Georgia Medicaid, it summarises publicly available program information as we understand it. Those programs are administered by the Georgia Department of Community Health, and their rules can change without notice to us.

We take care to keep this site accurate, but we cannot promise that every page is current or complete at the moment you read it. For a decision that matters, confirm with the program or with your child's care team.

The text, design, brand name and logo on this site belong to WeLIVE Healthcare Services unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to read, print and share pages for your own or your family's use.
