Who we are

Our Story

Pediatric home health care in Georgia. WeLIVE Healthcare Services provides skilled nursing and personal care support for medically complex children at home, including families served through the Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP).

Our purpose is simple to say and harder to do: make it possible for a child who needs significant care to live that care at home, surrounded by their own family, in their own room, with their own routine.

That is what the name is about. We LIVE in Victory Everyday — not because every day is easy for the families we serve, but because a day at home together is worth the work it takes.

Our philosophy

Family-Centered, in Practice

A philosophy is only worth stating if it changes how the work is done. These are the commitments families can hold us to.

  • The family is part of the care team, not a bystander to it.

  • Plain language over jargon, in conversation and in writing.
  • Questions get a straight answer, including when the answer is that we do not know yet.
  • No promises about eligibility, approval or hours — those decisions are not ours to make.

WeLIVE Healthcare Services is a provider. We do not administer the Georgia Pediatric Program, determine Medicaid eligibility, approve services or set authorized hours.

How We Support Families

Children are not small adults. A child who is medically complex needs care that fits their development, their routine and their family's day, not a schedule designed around an adult patient.

WeLIVE Healthcare Services works with children at home: skilled nursing, personal care support, and the everyday help that makes living at home workable for the whole household.

That focus is also why we say less than other providers might. What a particular child receives depends on their physician's orders and the authorization issued for them, so the honest answer is usually a conversation rather than a promise.

Rooted Where the Families Are

We serve families in Georgia. That matters more than it sounds: pediatric home care runs on state programs, state rules and state paperwork, and a family navigating the Georgia Pediatric Program needs someone who works inside that system rather than around it.

Being close also means being reachable. A parent who needs to ask a question should be able to get a person, not a portal.
