Make a meaningful difference in the lives of medically complex children and their families — and know your patients by name.

What the work is like
Purpose-Driven Work
Care that lets a child live at home.
Part of a Care Team
Alongside the family and the physician.
One Child, One Family
Continuity that is hard to find in a facility.
Why Join WeLIVE?
Home care is different work. You are not one of thirty people a patient sees that week — often you are the person who knows the child best after their parents, and the one who notices first when something changes.
It is also quieter, slower and more personal than a hospital floor, which suits some clinicians enormously and others not at all. We would rather you know that before you apply than after.

Registered Nurses (RN)
Skilled pediatric nursing in a family's home, delivered under the child's physician-ordered plan of care. Often one child, one shift, and a level of continuity that is hard to find in a facility.

Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)
Hands-on pediatric nursing care at home within your scope of practice, working alongside the family and the wider care team.

Caregivers and personal care support
Daily living support for a child at home — the practical, patient, unglamorous work that lets a family keep their routine and their footing.
What Matters to Us
What we ask of everyone who cares for a child at home.
Child-Centered
Patience with children, and with tired parents.
A Guest in the Home
Working in a family's home, on their terms.
Honest Care
Care to the physician's plan, documented honestly.

A family plans their day around your shift.

Open Positions
We do not list open positions on this page
Pediatric home care staffing follows the families we serve. Roles are filled as they become available, and availability depends on each child’s authorized care, schedule and location. Rather than post positions that may not reflect today’s need, we invite general interest and reach out when there is a genuine fit.
Telling us you are interested is not an application for a specific position, and it is not an offer of employment.
Pay, benefits and scheduling
Compensation, benefits and shift patterns depend on the role and the family being served, so we talk them through directly rather than publish a general range.
How Hiring Works
A simple, direct process. Please include no patient information, and no more personal detail than you would put in an ordinary email.
