Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP)

The Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP) provides in-home skilled nursing and personal care services for medically fragile children from birth through age 21.

Services are covered by Georgia Medicaid. Eligible families pay $0 out of pocket.

  • Ongoing skilled nursing/personal care at home
